To All Patrons,
Please read the below section BEFORE purchasing. If you place a purchase, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the below terms and conditions for all product sales.
We would like our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and will do what we can if there is a listing error on our part. However, we will not issue credit or refunds caused by someone's failure to read the details of a listing.
It is your responsibility to know your own local laws about buying any products we have for sale. Every attempt is made to comply with state and local laws as we understand them at the time of shipment. However, the buyer assumes all legal responsibility for items shipped, should an item pass through our screening and be shipped to the address provided.
You also attest by placing this order that you are at least 21 years old (Pistol ammunition) 18 years old (Rifle/Shot Gun) 18 years old (knives & less-than lethal) and not prohibited by law for making the purchase. Please see State Restrictions below for your state's laws.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Any returned products or cancelled orders that are not due to seller error (such as not providing documentation required by your state). The original shipping charge is non-refundable once the label has been printed. Once the order is placed this assumes terms have been agreed to by the patron.
Packages may be shipped separately depending on the quantity of the order. We do not ship to APO’s or PO Boxes.
Payment methods accepted are USPS Money order, Certified Check, Personal checks, Money Order, Card Payments
Orders will begin to process once payment has arrived. All Patrons will receive an email with a receipt for proof of sale.
All packages will ship UPS Ground.
ALL ammunition is authentic factory ammo. We do NOT sell reloads under any circumstances.
Proper Identification and or State required permits must be sent within 5 days of purchase, or order will be cancelled.
All ammunition is as described to the best of our ability and knowledge. The packaging may differ from the stock photos as the manufacturer may change their packaging type, which is outside of our control. If we are aware of a packaging change, we will do our best to keep photos updated.
The seller is not responsible for "lost or stolen" packages. Any disputes with delivery must be resolved between the buyer and the carrier.
